  Five stars for convenience and being what it says it is - HOWEVER, I will downgrade it a full two stars for really bad customer service/attitude.
  Inexpensive non-covered parking. A good long block from the terminals, so if you don't like schlepping a heavy bag, consider dropping your traveling companion/s off with the luggage before you park. You are charged the first day's fee (plus a $3 booking fee) when you reserve online. The *balance* is collected when you come back from your trip.
  When we picked up our car (about 10 am, Tues 5/31/16), I handed the attendant my green date-stamped ticket and a credit card. He came back with a bill slip for all the days we were there - including Day 1 which was prepaid upon reservation. I showed him the reservation I had printed out and had in my console. He said I should have shown him that first. The attendant bitched and complained (actually swore) about having to go 10 feet back to his tiny shack and do a refund. I made a helpful, friendly suggestion that they post a little notice on the side of the shack to "Please have your reservation form and payment ready." His response - literally - "It's not my job to ask for your reservation form - that's YOUR job to hand it to me." What an A-hole!
  SO – the moral is – remember to print out and bring your reservation form, and I guess it's your job to hand it to the attendant first!
