  First the bad news (it's minor) -- I drove up on a Sunday and tried and tried to read the "hours" on the front door from my car. Finally, I had to park and get out, expecting it to be closed. It was open, but, darn it, couldn't you put large or lighted "OPEN" or "CLOSED" signs so that old farts like me don't have to park and waddle? Thanks.
  The GREAT news is that Ryan was on duty and he ROCKED! I've never experienced such customer service, friendliness and downright concern for my needs and my disability.
  Where'd you get this guy? I have a feeling that, if it were raining when I arrived, he would have walked on water.
  I confess that, when he didn't have specifically what I was looking for, I drove to another of your sites. The problem was that nobody -- I mean NOBODY -- could compare with his professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, knowledge and that downright concern for my needs and my disability.
  I even checked with your competitors -- nobody -- zilch -- no comparison.
  You see, I treasure the things I must put in storage. Damn it, I want someone like Ryan there looking after my stuff.
  My only solution was to call him back and ask for a unit that's not quite what I'm looking for. I know that a drive-up unit would really, really help me move the stuff, but it requires more lifting and an elevator, at least I know that Ryan has my back.
  I think I'm going to make a statue of Ryan and put it in front of my house.

  I took the day to tour some different storage facilities around the area and I am so glad I walked into this location. Mary was working the desk and took me on a tour of the property. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions! She made me feel so at ease. As we all know, moving can be very stressful and exhausting. She made me feel so much better about the entire process. Security was one of my main concerns when choosing the right place. THIS WAS THE PLACE! Best choice by far! Thanks to Mary for being a fantastic employee and thank you to Public Storage for hiring her. :) I will absolutely recommend to friends!

  Ryan and Jessica are just awesome. I had questions about storage needs and they are all about customer service and also very knowledgeable about the products public storage have.
