  Walked in and was not satisfied with how my pizza was made. Extremely greasy and sloppy. I requested a refund and was refused by a manager named "Liz" which never presented herself to me. I sat and waited 20 minutes while on the phone with their corporate, manager never came to speak to me. Dominoes states on thier website, that if your not satisfied with your pizza they make you a new one or you get your refund. I left the store and called with Liz answering the phone. I explained to her that on their website they have a satisfaction guarantee or money back policy According to Liz "there's nothing wrong with your pizza so I'm not giving you a refund" and she hung up on me. This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. These people acted like the money was coming out of their own pocket and just refused to give me a refund. If you good customer service and people with a head on their shoulders DO NOT come to this dominoes.
