  Shout out to Carlos L!! I was in town from Fla for just a day and had pre-arranged order of trunk lifters for my elderly Mom. Carlos said he would call when the parts were in and would install for her. The call came from another employee and when she arrived there was some confusion about the install. I called Carlos, who remembered the transaction. He indicated she should come in and he would personally take care of it. When she returned that's exactly what happened!   All the service people were very helpful. I needed a new battery but found they were a little more expensive than I thought. It was a little bit of a dilemma which happens when you're on the budget. A gentleman named Eric was helping me, and sensed my concern. He worked with me so I was able to buy the battery. His kindness and assistance went far beyond good customer service. He was awesome. Another service person named Danny, went to my car and tested to make sure that it was the battery that was bad and not something else. He then installed it for me in what seemed like a minute. He was awesome. I've always tried to use O'Riellys for my car needs because of their great prices. The customer service there today was above and beyond. Thanks guys!
