  I had a very bad experience today. The lady fully spoiled my hair. Before starting I showed her which hair style I wanted. At the end i told her that the hair is totally uneven .. not layered. She just called her colleague and did nothing. It seems they somehow wanted to send me away and were bothered about payment not customer satisfaction. Not visiting again :(
