  While they are selling you something, they are as nice as can be. I bought a king size bed and a $1500 electric scooter from them in March.
  The scooter has been in the shop three times in the first 4 months since purchase. Today, it died on me after simply scooting a mile ..and it's been a chronic problem. The last time it was in the shop, about three weeks ago, they put a new motor and wanted to charge us. Today, I had to call a friend to push me home because it would only go a foot then die. It took me 25 minutes to go 8 houses in distance. It doesn't have enough power to go up the handicap ramp on the sidewalks. This is an extremely dangerous situation, as I have gotten stuck in the middle of the crosswalk. Have all this on video. I sent the video to the salesman . Haven't heard a word from them. My biggest regret is buying this scooter from them. Buy from Amazon, you can return it and save yourself $500.
